Internal Champion

Before the advent of video games and the constant bombardment of 24 hours of entertainment streaming directly into our showrooms, the highlight of our year was participating in the carnival, when he came to town. We can hardly wait to ride bobbing wild animal and whirl, round and round on the music that was blasting from the ancient organ. Surrounded by flashing lights and strategically placed mirrors, our heart will race as we all were competing who could reach out and catch the golden ring, which he won another free ride. I believe that the simple act of always giving me everything, trying desperately to reach out and grab the gold ring, helped give birth to my competitive spirit.

There will always be competing in any sporting event I could, trying to win at all costs and overcome all around me, so I could be the best and be recognized. Watching world class athletes standing on the highest pedestal in the center of the stadium, raising hands in a loud roar from the crowd approval, was a great joy for me. I could feel the pride and honor as if I stood on the podium. I held to that dream of one day standing on the podium I roll in glory.

I believe that the dream of being the best is ingrained in us from an early age. Returning to the circle carousel ride and be the one who managed to grab the gold ring. It was not just the fact that it has won yet another free ride on the carousel within which drove me to win, it's a fact that your name is announced over the loudspeaker and all the other kids and parents will applaud your success.

Because of the pressures put on us always be the best and win at any cost, we mistakenly led to believe that success and winning is something you earn is reaching out beyond themselves. Constantly trying to prove to others that you were worthy of their praise, as we prove, earning more, winning all the time or trying to perform in a special way.

This crazy idea that you must always surpass, outmanoeuvre and outperform all around me, the biggest reason why people give up their dreams. They are so desperately trying to win all the time, trying to make self-worth through external praise from others, that when they are not able to be No. 1 all the time and do not get outside as much praise desperately needed, they simply give up and stop trying.

We mistakenly led to believe that the approval of others is always preceded by a sense of self-esteem and confidence and that you are only entitled to feel good about themselves after surpassing all around you. It saddens me to think how many people still live in this mistaken belief and keep yourself trapped in a life they hate, because they did not realize that the key step needed to live a life of meaning and fulfillment is, simply creates a fundamental belief in your own internal value.

It has taken me many years to realize that the source of personal and professional success is applying the following principles in their lives:

The value that you feel should be in the business. Never rely on the opinions of others to develop their feelings of self-esteem or confidence.
Your appearance is just a reflection of your inner value and never measure it.
Your own sense of values is necessary to determine the quality of performance.
Less you try to impress everyone around you, you are more impressive.
Believe in your inner values and stop looking around for approval from others. You are truly magnificent and unique and have so much to offer the world. Stop measuring your success of your foreign property, or you will be constantly up to anxiety. Do not rely on the cheers of their peers to drive their success. You can never succeed in the long run, if your concept of success always depends on winning, a perfect performance every time and hearing the cheers of everyone around him.

It is clear that good looks, talent and other qualities are not evenly distributed, but the one thing none of us is still short of the value. All are rich in value, more than we could ever hope to use in several lifetimes. The game of life has never played on a level playing field in terms of education, with the support of the environment, resources available and many other circumstances beyond our control, but I know that you are born with an unlimited value and ability to be the best possible version of yourself. What are you waiting for, to unlock that value and become the best you can be. Keep in mind I said that the best you can and can not be the best of all time.

You were born for the championship, but they allowed themselves to be broken down by knowledge, unrealistic expectations, exposure judgmental environment and your need for external recognition. You came into this world of winners, but they are not programmed to live in harmony with your highest potential, because the response you receive from your environment. Identify your inner value and used as the basis for achieving their full potential. Become a winner inside, believe in yourself and you can succeed at anything.
